For most products, you may specify the desired personalization prior to placing the item in the shopping cart. In addition, we welcome orders with custom art and logos. Please contact us for more information. (Please note that we are unable to add logos that must be licensed, such as for college or professional sports teams.)

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 days. Occasionally, we may be out of an item and must order a “blank” from one of our suppliers. In those cases, shipment is usually within 7-10 days. We will notify you promptly upon the receipt of the order of any unusual delays.
Has my order shipped?
Upon shipment, you will receive a notice from us with shipping information, including a UPS or USPS tracking number. You may also check order status by logging on to your account (top right of this page), then selecting “Order Status.”

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout, prior to submitting payment information.
How do you ship?
We normally ship UPS orUSPS. Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number. All shipments are made FOB Origin. The “free shipping” offer is based upon UPS or USPS Ground rates.
